Oracle升级：11.2.0.3安装patch13831007遇到no filemap entri

环境介绍：
AIX、Oracle11gRAC 11.2.0.3.0
根据文档[ID 1392633.1],安装patch 13831007.

安装完成后，通过opatch lsinventory检查13831007情况，发现以下问题：

两个rac节点下都操作：

再次检查：

Cause
$Oracle_HOME/inventory/oneoffs/patch number/etc/config/actions or $ORACLE_HOME/inventory/oneoffs/patch number/etc/config/inventory does not exist.
OR
The above files exist but they are not of proper size.
